Shipping rates are estimated in your cart based on your IP address, order weight, and order value. Final costs are shown at checkout once we have your full shipping address.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking becomes active when the carrier picks up your package.

We collect U.S. sales tax where required.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, tariffs, and other import-related fees.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
All shipments include insurance. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us.
If damaged, retain the original packaging and take photos—we’ll need them to file a claim with the carrier.
