Shipment processing time

Orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days of purchase. We process and ship Monday - Friday.
During periods of high volume (such as holiday shopping) or severe weather events, orders can experience additional delay.

Shipping Carriers

We utilize UPS, FedEx and USPS as our shipping carriers. We offer select services from each carrier and the available services will be shown in the cart based on your IP address. The options may change during checkout once our system has your complete shipping address.

Shipping Services and Estimated Delivery Speeds:

We ship from our warehouse in the Midwest.
We insure all packages against lost or damage and those costs are included in the shipping fees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping, insurance and handling costs are estimated, based on your IP address and the order weight. Once you add an item to the cart, you will see the estimates. The actual shipping costs are finalized during checkout once our system has your exact shipping address.

We ship internationally, however many countries are blocked due to issues with delivery and fraud. This list can change. Here is a current list of countries we do ship to:

Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active once your package is picked up up by the carrier. Our software will keep you updated automatically on the progress of your shipment as long as you op-in to receive the notifications. You can also create an account before or during checkout and your tracking and order information can be viewed anytime in your account.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We collect US taxes where required.

We are not responsible for any customs and international taxes applied to your order. All international fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damaged or Lost Orders

All shipments automatically include shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage. Please contact us if you experience an issue with your order and we will help. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods if your order arrives damaged as we will need images of them to make a claim with our carrier.

Shipping Addresses

All orders must ship to the billing address of the payment method.
