Our goal is simple: a satisfied customer.

Please take a moment to review the following terms before making a purchase.

  • All sales are final—with the exception of errors made on our part or items that are not as described.
  • Depending on the situation, exchanges or store credit may be offered. Please reach out if you encounter an issue—we're here to help.
  • Orders placed with a typographical or pricing error may be cancelled.
  • All orders must ship to the billing address under the account holder’s name—no exceptions.
  • Shipping costs include insurance to protect your purchase.
  • If you’re using a discount code, make sure it’s applied at checkout. We cannot apply codes retroactively.
  • We use fraud detection systems. Flagged orders will be cancelled without notice.
  • We handle all issues reasonably and case-by-case. Issues such as buyer error, coupon problems, shipping requests after dispatch, or similar are resolved at our discretion.
  • Sometimes, despite our best efforts, some matters are beyond our control. Patience and open communication help us work through it together.
  • In the rare case of a refund or customer-requested cancellation:
    • Processing fees (charged by payment processors) will be deducted from your refund.
    • If the order has already shipped, shipping costs will also be deducted unless we made a mistake.
  • We do not engage in “authenticator opinion” disputes. Items that are third-party certified authentic are considered authentic—period. Digital opinions are not valid for returns or disputes.
  • Your privacy matters. We never sell or share your personal information. It’s only used by third parties (e.g., payment processors, shipping providers) to complete your order.
